Because of higher delivery charges over the weekend, any orders taken on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders can be delivered on a Saturday, but will involve extra cost, please phone 0161 624 3086 for information and pricing.

Ordering Procedure
Online:

Click on the items you want, which will place them in the shopping cart. Click “continue shopping” button or, if you have finished shopping click “proceed to checkout”

Fill in your details and proceed to secure online payment.

Alternatively, to place your order over the telephone please ring 0161 624 3086 to speak to one of our sales advisors.

We will then make your order ready for dispatch. Packed in specially designed polystyrene boxes with ice packs, we do everything we can to make sure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

Credit card security
We accept most cards except American Express and Diners. All payment is taken using a secure server. Card details are not decrypted until after they reach the the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) 128 bit encryption system. Your personal details are not stored by us.

Guarantee
If for any reason your order does not reach you in perfect condition just return the uncooked product within 10 days and we will arrange to replace or refund your order.
